Holly Tree House is the perfect base for your getaway. Just off the main A1 at Cheswick you will be within easy reach of Holy Island, Goswick Sands, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Haggerston Castle and the beautiful North Northumberland coastline.
Perfect location for golfers, cyclists, walkers or anyone looking to explore North Northumberland.
Inside Holly Tree House
Holly Tree House holiday accommodation is due to be completed in the summer of 2024 and features a large luxury living space.
Suitable for upto 3 families / 10 people
Upstairs - 3 double rooms with Superking size beds, one family bathroom and one en-suite.
A 4th Bedroom downstairs featuring bunk beds.
Large living room leading on to a
kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and dining table.
The kitchen has Bi-Fold doors which lead out in to the private garden area.
There is a utility room with sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to use while you stay with us.
Downstairs toilet and wash basin.
Outside Space
Holly Tree House is set in lovely grounds with the Old Farmhouse of Cheswick Builldings, just off the A1 we have a small woodland area, large lawns, and garden.
Holly Tree House has a private garden area with decking, a small lawn, raised flower beds and a patio area for those cosy BBQ nights with friends and family!
Parking for 3 cars and cycle storage also available.
You may also see the odd hen wondering around and some fresh eggs awaiting you in the kitchen 🐔
